How do I make a product complaint?

If the product was purchased from us, complaints are always handled via email through customer service customer@gugguu.com. To handle the complaint, we need a description of the defect and purchase information. If the product has been used, please send the item to be complained about to us washed. If the product was purchased elsewhere, for example from a retailer, the complaint must be handled with that seller.

How can my child become a Gugguu model?

You can send the model application to mallilapsi@gugguu.com. The message should include 1-2 full-body photos of the child without a head covering, as well as the exact height and place of residence.
