When you join the Gugguu Candy World loyalty program, you immediately accumulate 95 Marshmallows if you complete all the required actions.

When you join as a loyalty customer, you are automatically at the Candy level. As you accumulate Marshmallows through purchases, you can progress to the next levels.

• Candy level 0-250€ / year
• Candy Bar level 250€-600 / year
• Candy Bag level 600-1200€ / year
• Candy Box level over 1200€ / year

Each level has its own special benefits. You can see the benefits in the loyalty program.

Use your Marshmallows at the checkout. First, log in to your customer account, and you will see a section during the shopping cart phase where you can choose how many benefits you want to use for the order. Unfortunately, you cannot use benefit coupons at the same time as any other discount code.

Marshmallows appear on your customer account after the order has been delivered. You can decide yourself when you want to use the coupons obtained from Marshmallows. Marshmallows are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

• 200 Marshmallows entitle you to a €10 discount code, minimum purchase amount €85
• 400 Marshmallows entitle you to a €20 discount code, minimum purchase amount €95
• 600 Marshmallows entitle you to a €30 discount code, minimum purchase amount €105
• 800 Marshmallows entitle you to a €40 discount code, minimum purchase amount €115

You automatically move to the next Gugguu Candy World level as soon as your purchase amount exceeds the level limit. When you move to a new level, you get more delicious benefits and surprises to enjoy!

Unfortunately, you do not earn points retroactively from previous orders. You will start accumulating Marshmallows as soon as you have joined the Gugguu Candy World loyalty program.

You can use one discount coupon at a time. You cannot combine discount coupons with, for example, a discount code.

• You can use a 10€ discount coupon for orders worth at least 85€
• You can use a 20€ discount coupon for orders worth at least 95€
• You can use a 30€ discount coupon for orders worth at least 105€
• You can use a 40€ discount coupon for orders worth at least 105€

Marshmallows are not earned if the order is paid with a gift card. Instead, you earn Marshmallows by purchasing a gift card.

If you return part of the products from your order, the discount coupon is considered used and the Marshmallows will not be returned to your account. If you return your entire order, the Marshmallows will be restored to the state before the order. You can then redeem a new discount coupon with the returned Marshmallows. The same discount coupon cannot be used again.

Our repair service works as follows:

The repair service applies to products purchased from Gugguu's online store, Gugguu Outlet store, Gugguu resellers, or Gugguu Pop Up events within the last two (2) years.

The repair service applies to products that have, for example, a manufacturing defect that can be repaired, or products where, for example, a seam has come undone that can be repaired.

The repair service does not apply to products that have wear/holes/tears etc. caused by use.

If you want to have a product repaired, you must first contact our customer service at customer@gugguu.com so our customer service can check if the product is repairable.

The discount coupon redeemed with marshmallows is distributed proportionally to each product in your order based on their price,not the total amount. If you make a partial return of the products in the order, you will receive a refund for each individual product from the amount you paid, taking into account the discount received with the coupon. When returning a product, only the amount paid for the product is refunded, not the amount including the discount received.
