Deliveries and returns
Deliveries
We deliver products as soon as possible after receiving the order. This takes about 2-3 business days, but during busy periods, up to 10 business days. Busy periods include various campaigns or new collection release dates. Some products may have a longer delivery time, and in such cases, the delivery time information is visible in the product details. If the order includes products with different delivery times, the order will be delivered all at once when the entire order is ready for delivery unless otherwise stated.
We deliver orders to Finland using Posti, PostNord, and Matkahuolto parcel services. For international deliveries, we use EMS, DHL, GLS, or PostNord parcel services depending on the customer's choice and availability of delivery methods.
Express Delivery
The customer can choose express delivery as the delivery method for their order. There are two versions of express delivery: "Express delivery to pickup point" and "Express delivery to home." With express delivery, the order is shipped from our warehouse by the next business day even during busy periods. Express delivery to a pickup point costs €10.5, and express delivery to home costs €14. If express delivery is selected for a product with a longer delivery time, the order will still be delivered within the delivery time stated in the product details.
Other
The customer must note the storage times for packages at the pickup point. If the package is not picked up within the storage period, it will be returned to the sender. We charge the customer €12/order for uncollected shipments, covering delivery costs and other expenses incurred by us.
Delivery costs to Matkahuolto, PostNord, or Posti pickup points are €4.9. If the total sum* of ordered products exceeds €120, no delivery charges are applied if the customer chooses delivery to a pickup point. Home delivery is always charged €7, even if the order total exceeds €120.
For deliveries outside Finland, DHL shipping costs are €15 in Europe and €19.5 outside Europe. Delivery costs for other methods are €4.9 if the total sum of ordered products is under €120. When the order value excluding delivery exceeds €120, no delivery charges are added for standard delivery, except for DHL.
*If the total sum of ordered products exceeds €120 at the time of order and the customer wants to return some products so that the remaining order value falls below €120, delivery and return costs (€8.4) will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.
Returns
If the customer wishes to exercise their right of return, they must submit a return notification within 14 days of receiving the products. The return notification can be made by filling out the return form included with the order. The products to be returned must then be sent to Gugguu without delay, no later than 14 days after notification. The shipment must include the completed return form or other information about the returned products as well as order and contact details. Products must be carefully packed so that the shipment is not damaged during transport.
For health and hygiene reasons, the right of return does not apply to swimwear if the seal has been opened.
We process returns in the order they are received, no later than 14 days after receipt. We will promptly refund the returned amount using the payment method used in the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
The customer is responsible for any depreciation in value of the product caused by use, and we will deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to the depreciation compared to the product's original value. If the product has become unsellable due to use, the customer is responsible for the full value of the product.
Return Costs
A return fee of €3.50 is always deducted from the refunded amount. If the return is made from outside Finland, the return fee is €7.50.
Delivery costs of €4.9 are also deducted if the order value was over €120 at the time of order and thus no delivery charges were charged, but after the return, the order value is no longer over €120.
If the entire order is returned, we also refund the delivery costs according to the cheapest delivery method. If only part of the order is returned, we do not refund delivery costs.
Returns from Finland
Via Matkahuolto:
Write the address below on the package and leave the shipment at a Matkahuolto service point. Shipping via Matkahuolto is free of charge; return costs (and possibly delivery costs) are deducted from the refunded amount. Please make sure to get a return receipt!
Returns from outside the EU
Contact our customer service (customer@gugguu.com), and we will arrange the return via DHL or GLS. Returns from outside the EU are at the customer's expense.
Returns from outside Finland
Contact our customer service (customer@gugguu.com), and we will arrange the return via PostNord, Posti, DHL, or GLS so that you do not have to send the shipment at your own expense.
