Deliveries and returns
Deliveries
We dispatch products as soon as possible after receiving the order. This takes approximately 2-3 business days, but no more than 10 business days during busy periods. Busy periods include various campaigns and the launch dates of new collections. Some products may have a longer delivery time; in such cases, the delivery time is shown in the product details. If an order includes products with different delivery times, the order will be delivered all at once when the entire order is ready for dispatch, unless we inform you otherwise.
We deliver orders within Finland using the parcel services of Posti, PostNord and Matkahuolto. We deliver internationally using the parcel services of EMS, DHL, GLS or PostNord, depending on the customer's choice and the availability of the delivery method.
Express delivery
Customers can choose express delivery for their order. There are two express delivery options: "Express delivery to a pickup point" and "Express home delivery". With express delivery, the order is dispatched from our warehouse no later than the next business day, even during busy periods. Express delivery to a pickup point costs €10.50, and express home delivery costs €14. If express delivery is selected for a Product with a longer delivery time, the order will still be delivered within the timeframe stated in the product details.
Other
Customers should note the storage periods for parcels at pickup points. If a parcel is not collected within the storage period, it will be returned to the sender. We charge the customer €12 per order for an uncollected shipment, covering shipping costs and other expenses incurred by us.
Shipping to a Matkahuolto, PostNord or Posti pickup point starts at €4.90. If the total value of the Products ordered* is over €120, the Customer will not be charged shipping costs if they choose delivery to a pickup point. Home delivery is always charged at €7, even if the order total exceeds €120.
For deliveries outside Finland, shipping costs for DHL shipments are €15 in Europe and €19.50 outside Europe. Shipping costs for other delivery methods start at €4.90 if the total value of the products ordered is under €120. If the order value excluding shipping exceeds €120, no shipping costs are added for standard delivery, excluding DHL.
*If the total value of the products ordered is over €120 at the time of ordering and the customer returns some products, bringing the value of the remaining order below €120, the refund will be reduced by a €3.50 return fee and the shipping cost for the delivery method selected for the original order (PostNord €4.90, Matkahuolto €5.50 or Posti €5.90).
Returns
If the customer wishes to exercise their right of return, they must submit a return notification within 14 days of receiving the products. The return notification can be submitted by completing the return form included with the order. The products must then be sent to Gugguu without delay, and no later than 14 days later. The shipment must include the completed return form or, alternatively, details of the products being returned and the order and contact information. Please pack the products carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
For health and hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned if its seal has been opened.
We process returns in the order they are received, within 14 days of receiving them at the latest. We will promptly refund the amount due using the payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of a product that has been used. We will deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to the decrease in the product’s value compared to its original value. If the product has become unsellable due to use, the customer is responsible for the full value of the product.
Return costs
A return fee of €3.50 is always deducted from the refund. If the return is made from outside Finland, the return fee is €7.50.
Delivery costs will also be deducted if the order value was over €120 at the time of purchase, meaning no delivery costs were charged, but after the return the order value is no longer over €120.
If you return your entire order, we’ll also refund the delivery costs based on the least expensive delivery method. If you return only some of the products in your order, we won’t refund the delivery costs.
Returns from Finland
Via Matkahuolto:
Write the address below on the parcel and drop it off at a Matkahuolto location. Shipping via Matkahuolto is free of charge. The return costs (and any delivery costs) will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure you get a return receipt!
Returns from outside the EU
Contact our customer service team (customer@gugguu.com), and we’ll arrange a return via DHL or GLS. Returns from outside the EU are at your own expense.
Returns from outside Finland
Contact our customer service team (customer@gugguu.com), and we’ll arrange a return via PostNord, Posti, DHL, or GLS so you don’t have to pay for shipping yourself.
