Exchanges and returns

I want to exchange the shirt for a bigger size. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for another, you can make a return and place a new order for the product you want. In that case, we will refund you the money when processing the return. If you need help, you can contact our customer service at customer@gugguu.com or 044-4101736.

Why was I charged €8.4 for postage and return fees when the return fee is €3.5?

If you were not charged shipping costs when ordering because your order value was over €120, but after the return the value falls below €120, we will deduct the shipping costs of €4.9 in addition to the return fee of €3.5 from the refundable amount.

Can I return a pre-order?

Pre-order products have the normal 14-day return right.

Do sale products have exchange and return rights?

The same exchange and return rights apply to both sale and regular-priced products. Sale products therefore have a 14-day return right in their original sale condition.

Can I exchange a product for one with a different price?

Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for another, you can make a return and place a new order for the product you want.

If I return my online store order to you, will I get the refund immediately?

We process returns in the order they are received, no later than 14 days after receiving the return. Once we have processed your return, we will issue a refund using the original payment method. For online bank payments, the customer must confirm the account number, after which the refund will proceed. It may take a few business days for the refund to be processed. If you have not received a refund within 3 weeks of the return, please contact our customer service and we will investigate the matter.

Does the right of return apply to all products?

The right of return applies to products in their original condition. For health and hygiene reasons, the right of return does not apply to swimwear or sheets if their seal has been opened.

Can I leave the package uncollected if I don't want to receive it?

To speed up the processing of returns and refunds, we ask that you accept the delivery and notify the cancellation using the return form. For packages not picked up and returned to us, we charge the customer €12.
