You can easily buy a gift pre-packaged from Gugguu's online store.

When you choose a pre-packaged package, all products in the order will be packaged. If you add multiple gift packagings to your order and want your order's products divided into different packages, please call us as soon as possible after placing your order at 044 410 1736 - weekdays 9am-3:30pm.

Note! If you choose a pre-packaged package, we do not include a return form or order confirmation. You will receive the order confirmation by email once you have placed the order. If you need a return form, you can request it separately from us by email at customer@gugguu.com.

Ordering a gift directly to the recipient

If you want us to deliver the package directly to the gift recipient, you can fill in the recipient's details at checkout in the delivery information. We recommend using your own email address so that the order information goes to your own order history and you receive the order confirmation by email. We recommend putting the recipient's phone number as the order phone number so they get notified on their phone when the package arrives at the pickup point.

We also cannot split the order to send part to the gift recipient and part to the purchaser; the order will be delivered to only one address.
