The product is out of stock - will there be more?

We always inform about larger restocks on our Facebook page. We do not announce individual restocks separately, so we recommend using the size alert. You can find the size alert by clicking on a sold-out product and selecting the desired color and size, which will bring up the size alert. 

The product I added to the shopping cart was out of stock when I proceeded to checkout. How is this possible?

Our online store does not use a reserved shopping cart, so sometimes a product may sell out before you proceed to payment.

How do I know when new products will be available for sale?

We always announce the release of new collections, new arrivals, and restocks first on our Facebook page.

How do I know what size beanie is suitable for my child?

The size chart for beanies can be found in the product details of each beanie. The size chart lists sizes according to head circumference, so it's good to know the child's head circumference.
